Lakesides Manangment has to be very poor because I know of someone who moved there belognings into and empty apartment (they knew the person who walked out on their lease for this apartment) and they lived there for over four months rent free and no one ever even noticed. There was a big problem with teenagers always hanging out everywhere, and being loud. The gates were never locked, I think they may of just been broken the entire time we lived here. Every time I went to the pool, no matter what day or time it was always closed for cleaning. Also do not count on getting any deposits back.
