WHEN YOU RENT AT LAKESIDE-KISS YOUR DEPOSITS GOOD BYE. AND IF YOU EVER NEED TO BREAK YOUR LEASE BE PREPARED TO PAY FOR IT-BIG TIME. TWO MONTHS RENT PLUS 25% OF ALL REMAINING MONTHS LEFT ON YOUR LEASE. ALSO, GOOD LUCK ON OBTAINING A COPY OF YOUR LEASE. THE STAFF WILL TRY THEIR HARDEST NOT TO GIVE IT TO YOU.
