I totally disagree with the previous comments! Lakeside has undergone new management, as well as new maint. They are awesome! I would suggest that all visit this plae. It has any and every amenity that you can possibly imagine! The only thing missing is a grocery store! No joke! The property itself is beautiful and the grounds are spotless.
I have seen the manager out on the property, talking to residents and so forth on a daily basis. So the comments of not caring, blah, blah, may have been soemthing in the past but as of today, they are very attentive and responsive, not only to me but other residents as well.
