I currently reside at lakeside,(2yrs) i?m in the process of moving as i?ve had the most unpleasant experience with the management there. The story will never change as long as they continue with the same incompetent, incapable, ineffiecient and mindless set of people i?ve ever had to deal with, and still dealing with, until i finally get myself out of this horrific web!



My story is one of "robbery" by one of lakeside?s staff, (Shannon R)and yes i can back it up, i have proof of being robbed off cash, by one broke idiotic staff that once worked for lakeside, but has now left the company. When i initially moved in, i was told to pay $600 as part of the special at the time, on getting to the leasing office, i was told by Shannon i had to pay the full rent and the following month?s rent will be pro-rated, and that i could pay the difference in cash, which i did. The following month, i received a letter stating that i was owing full rent and to remit payment ASAP. (this happened after she?s already left the company) I went in to discuss this with another staff, who infomred me that they never accept cash for reason?s such as this, and that she knew better. (Shannon gave me a receipt stating that she received cash from me, signed and dated) I was asked to furnish a receipt which i did. Guess what' They pulled my file and come to find out, the signature on the lease did not match the one on the receipt given to me by Shannon! Forged signature!!!I knew right then my nightmare had just began. I?m still fighting not paying the balance that should have been long taken care of. I was told by that "B" called their manager it's not their fault, i have to be responsible for paying the balance. No way!



Beware folks!!!! DO NOT RENT AT LAKESIDE APT!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
