I'd have to say that I agree with most of the other reports. I lived there for two years, close to the small pool, and was constantly beset by ants coming out of the walls and cieling, animals running through the walls, people walking up stairs sounds like a construction crew in itself, teenagers having parties all night at the pool where they smoked alot of pot as well sold in the clubhouse bathrooms, and a office crew that seemed like witches! And really, they did. They would assume eat dirt from around their overflowing dumpster than help you as a tenant. And don't dare make a phone call needing assistance, oh no, they will hiss and talk to you like you are a criminal. As far as all the monies they entrap you with and keep and swindle, it is all true. Of course when I moved there it was because of work, and I didn't know this at first, because if you are perspective tenant they throw out the red carpet. And the gates, well, they have worked maybe 2% of the time while I was there. According to police, who worked sometimes at a restaurant I managed down the street, it is a haven for drug dealers, the young, teenage kind. Vandalism is common, especially if you anger any of these kids who wander the complex thru the wee hours of the night. Overall it reminds me of cheap college apartments, even is designed the same as some I lived in at Georgia Southern that's been there for 10 years +. Don't get suckered like me and so many others do by the staff, they like to pretend that it is a privaledge to move in there, doing their background checks and all, please, wait to you see some of the residents that don't seem to have day jobs.
