The majority of the people living there are not somebody you would pick for your neighbors. There's a big drug business there and the management closes their eyes as long as they pay their rent. The management at Lakeside are like trailer trash themselves. Their appearance is terrible and they are very unprofessional in dealing with people. They have constant turnover there. They seem to hire the worse, people-hating employees. They try to run them off and usually succeed. Not what you would call friendly customer-service employees.I do not recommend Lakeside Apartments at all.
I found a wonderful place in Newnan where i now call home and they have real managers that actually care about the tenants. It's wonderful to be out of that dump called Lakeside. What a joke they are. I lived there for over a year. They sucked me into their high-priced lease.I do not recommend that anybody should make that place their home because it's full of ants and hugh roaches walk across the floors. It's downright nasty, nasty, nasty and the people that work there are nastier than the roaches that walk that place. The worse place you could ever pick is Lakeside Apts. I love my new place and I love the professional and friendly staff here where I now live. LAKESIDE IS THE APTS. FROM HELL!!!!! BUYER BEWARE!!!!!
