Really, the worst thing that happened is that an old lady used to come outside and try to run us out of the pool 15 minutes before closing time each night. But, I did have to endure listeniing to others arguments. I got lucky and had to neighbors, but some people hated the place. I like the free washer and dryer, but there were ants. They quickly came out to spray once we brought that up. But, it was still a hassle. Decent staff...
