i've read all the negative comments regarding lakeside apartments. i just signed my lease going into its fourth year. i have never personally had any bad experiences. management is always amicable and courteous. maintenance is excellent. whenever i've had to place an after-hour call, i get satisfaction feedback immediately. my only concerns is the unoperable gates (being a single-mom that was one of the perks that drew me here) and i feel that crimimal checks should be part of the applications process.

nowadays, there is no such thing as a "SAFE" community - things happen everywhere in every community (even in buckhead).

the shooting that happened was involving drugs and i'm sure people were surprised to know that young, white kids were involved in dealing drugs and as a result were killed. so you see - that could have very well happened in buckhead or suwanee.
