All the staff at lakeside with the exception of one of the office girls Dedee are completely inept. They never will give your message to the manager and the manager cares as much about her tenets as a spider would about the victims that fly into its web.
The lake is a mudpit The controlled access is a wide open gate in the back that has never been fixed in the 2 years I have stayed here. Yet this is not a lease violation on there behalf. And not a reason for a canceling a lease. The heated pool they suck you in with is merely heated by solar rays. it does have a heater but that to is broken or cost's to much to run.
The maintained is very thorough as they enter your apartment 2 sometimes 3 times a month usually preferably in there case to check for pets and any loose change they can find. In general they check for additional money's they office may charge you this month.
Trash facilities are a joke for the estate customers. As they are the farthest from these as a result many people pile there trash in the balcony for a few days other more inconsiderate people place it out there front door instead in the estates. But your alternative to the estates would be the more run down regular apartments at lakeside which have a much lower class of resident most likely with police entanglements. Currently there is no construction but when there is this to is a nightmare that will never end. And if that Isn't the killer if you read the lease very carefully there is a way for them to charge you for 2 additional months even when your lease is up. This is by not notifying them in writing that you don to intend to stay for another year in the web. There by they can charge you and additional 1350 or higher depending upon there mood. Overall if you read your contract carefully and pay a little higher than you intend for an apartment its not to excruciating of an experience. But if you have a pet say 2 months in your lease report it the day you get it. Or you will receive a nice 300 dollar fee from them noticing it in the morning. along with the lovely 250 deposit for said animal and if it be 2 the fee's double
