My husband moved in here in november 2005 and we were having a hard time because i was still working in another state, but the office was very helpful getting us set up to move in. Our movers arrived here early and the office allowed my husband to move in early instead of having to wait for them to get the apartment ready and stay in a motel. So far the people are very friendly, The gates have been open, but just because they have gates (if they were closed) that it doesn't mean people still can't come in, there are always ways. That's why it is important that all of us keep watch. My husband has not heard any gunshots either. We had problems with our washing machine and they came the same day we reported the problem, and that's a lot faster than anywhere else I have stayed.
Maybe it's because we came from DC that we were surprised at how nice the people and apartments were. I like it so far, but when we finally move out i'll make sure to add my move out experience
