I have lived at Lakeside for almost two years now. I have lived in the back and in the front. I can honestly say that I sleep well every night, the kids are not noisy, maybe when they get off the school bus, but they are KIDS. It is not Lakeside's responsibility to displine them. As far as rent goes, I think we pay a pretty decent price for the size of the apartment, the pools, two fitness centers. I have looked at many other complexes, including ones in Atlanta, Dunwoody, etc. that have really old equipment, lakeside by far has the best. As far as the keeping your deposit..That is not true. I got all of my deposit except for like 20 dollars, because of nail holes that I didn't feel like fixing, and spots on the carpet. The maintaince is always fast, sometimes even the day of the call. The office staff is nice, but only one has been there and not left. Overall I think Lakeside is one of the better places to live in Newnan.
