Do not live here. The management/maintenance won't respond to your requests, we actually have notes from the maintenance basically telling us to deal with the problems. Constant bugs, and the office manager told me that we "are just going to have that." We have not been here long, but we are not staying any longer. You pay just as much, if not more, than the best complex in town (Villas at Newnan Crossing) when you factor in extra costs (utilities, etc.), and you get much much much less. Do not live here or in any Naples Realty Group owned/managed property.
