I have lived in Lakeside Apartments for three months and during this short time, have been present for an attempted arson, murder, stabbing, and numerous armed robberies. Obviously, crime in this apartment complex happens often and should only be expected.

The entrance gates do not work for either of the two entrances, and when asked, the staff answered honestly by saying they were no longer planning on having the gates fixed.

Regardless of the time, there s constantly noise coming from vehicles with loud stereos driving throughout the complex. They seem to have no concern for other people. There is graffiti painted by the lake, and the pools are always being vandalized.

Maintenance men are continuously standing around chatting amongst themselves or wandering aimlessly around the complex on their golf carts. They never respond within a timely manor, and are often rude when you speak to them.

The only positive thing that Lakeside offers is their gym. I would consider the gym above average for an apartment work out room, but will do you no good when you find yourself too scared to visit it.

Living in Lakeside has been a terrible experience and I plan on breaking my lease immediately. I wish someone would have warned me the way I m warning you. Take my advice; do NOT move into Lakeside Apartments.
