The first two years where desent years to live here. Never had any problems and everything more or less good. Now since the new management took over this place is going to Hell. Since the beginning of 2008, they let more ingrates into this property than they did in the past two years. I will say that ---- (property manager) is the absolute worse. She does not care how long you have been here, she will not help you or take a proactive approach to solving the problem. She basically told me to find out where they live and talk to them. Besides her, the rest of the staff is good, and seems like they care and want to solve the issues. The ground are getting worse by the day. There are so many people here that do not care and have dogs they leave their waste in the middle of the grass. Half the grass is dying because of the urine is burning the grass. The is trash all over the property because people do not care. Unless Lakesside gets rid of ----, you will not see any changes in anything at Likeside, so do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.

Thanks so much for your review. I almost tried to rent there. Being from Florida, I do not know much about the area. As a Property Manager myself, I know the secrets. I will NEVER move my children to a property like this! Pictures do not always tell the truth!

I'll admit that my dogs help kill the grass. Where else are they supposed to teetee? I saw someone walking there dog the other day and the dog squated right on the street to do a #2.
