Lullwater is absolutely the nicest place we've lived since moving to this area from out of state. We made a huge mistake by renting an apartment across the street, were so unhappy, moved out and decided to give these apartments a try until our home is built.

We have not had any problems with the office staff, maintenance is prompt when a repair is called in, and the apartment is really beautiful and spacious.

The staff has so many social activities planned, that it is difficult to decide which one to attend. Lots of fun for the whole family and meeting new people has been very rewarding, since we knew no one in this area.

Personally, we have not seen or heard any problems with the police being called for drug related arrests.Our neighbors are very nice, come and go with their busy lives that we rearely see them except during socials.

The rent is comparable to other places in this area because we have checked everything, even renting a house.
