From first glance, my wife and I thought we had picked a great place to live. But after three years of constant office changes, the lack of service at ALL levels, I couldn't recommend this place to ANYONE. Newnan has SO many other options than choosing Lullwater. I've dealt with loud parties that carried on into the night, noisy neighbors that sounded as if they were wrestling upstairs and horrible, horrible treatment from their front office staff. THEN, I found out it takes two months to get my security deposit back.
