I lived at Lullwater for 2 years and it was horrible. I recently moved after numerous complaints with noise, children running around loose everywhere with no supervision, and no help from the office staff.How many complaints do you have to make for someone to take action. There are too many changes within the office staff. There are times they were happy to see you, or so they seem, and other times they act as though you were bothering them. The office hours say one thing, however the office would close early or on days the office would be closed all together, for whatever reason. Wake up Lullwater, you could have a beautiful LUXURY apartment home that it was supposed to be. I moved due to many complaints that were never handled and the unprofessionalism with the office staff. Oh, and let's not forget the doggie poo in the lawn, or garbage left outside the doorways. That does and did cause bugs, ex. roaches and rodents. Read the lease carefully before you sign it. Gates were always an issue as well.
