I lived in Lullwater for 2 years and I must say I was HIGHLY dissapointed!! They are supposed to be luxury apartments yet the gates were ALWAYS broken, the only computer in the communtiy computer room was always broken, and someone tried to break into our apt TWICE!! The office managers were always rude and ignored requests made by us and other residents. The only part of the staff that was decent were the maintence crew! Those guys were always extremely friendly and tried to help us out in any way they could. Our neighbors above us would smoke on their back deck and throw the ciggarette butts onto the lawn, we DID NOT smoke but constantly got letters about all the ciggarette butts and were threatened to be charged $1.00 for EVER cig. butt found near our apt!!! We tried telling them that neither of us smoked but because we were on the lower level, we always got blamed! I despised living there and would NOT reccommend it to ANYONE!

the same thing happend to me i do not smoke and I have lived here for 2 years and I get the same letters. they suck

The office help does nothing but collect a pay check and seems like everyone lives there. How strange
