Good at first, but quickly went down

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2008
 
I first moved there in 2005. It was great there and then maybe in 2007 you could see a decline there. It seemed like they starting letting anyone move in there and it was not so good anymore. I couldns't stand how inconsiderate people were in the next building as far as parking...parking was the worse. Once they were under new management it wasn't even better. I am VERY glad I decided to move away from there.
