When i first moved in it was great. That was until the new management and owners took over. The most unprofessional, rude and lieing office staff ever.Ive had problems with my air all summer last year, when i complained several times they finally sent maintenance out to fix it. After 5 times and 5 months of over $400 electric bills it still didnt work right. Ive asked for a corp. number and was refused. Ive called so many times to the front office with no call backs, they check caller I.D. and/or wont answer. If you go in the office they promise you the world to get you out of their face or pass the blame and still dont fix the problems. It is now March and I just got it fixed for the 6th time. They had to replace parts on a unit that they said there was nothing wrong with last year. When I asked for some kind of reinbursement for my lost money and aggravation I was told no we dont do that. I was also asked if i wanted to move out, instead of them having to deal with me or the issues at hand which just goes to show they dont care. Dont move in unless you are ready for lots of hassles with them. And ask about the trains and if the pool is safe to swim in. And the new kind of people moving in, its now the ghetto.
