We moved in almost a year ago and have had nothing but problems with the management staff. They seem to be more worried about there hair, nails and getting to the tanning bed then being professionals. They are very rude, short coming, and have failed to delivery the luxery apartments they promissed before signing the contract. Looks are deceiving. We first were shown the model and were told ours would look the same with all the upgrades, that was a lie.The property is nice and seems quit at first. It took forever to get in and we were given another unit from the one we were told we would have. The dishwasher is junk the fridge went out and our air condition unit is crap and everthing is out dated or worn out. There is a major mold problem in these units. It was never cleaned up or was the checklist completed we gave to have problems fixed after we moved in. To date this still has not been done. Our neighbors are very loud and kids running up and down the stairs and seem to hang out to all hours of the night. The manager is very unprofessional and a sorry excuse for a person. We have complained so much she now will not return phone calls or even answer the phone when we call. We asked for her bosses number and was denied it.But we just got it as did everyone else thanks to a concerned comunity watch group. I have called with no responce back. Which tells me the owners dont care ither. We were never told about the trains that come threw often. They have since aloud anyone to move in and we feel unsafe in this so called upscale luxery apartment community. The front gates only work half the time. The pool was nasty all summer. There was gang graphity sprayed on the property everywere. The managers brother is a so called maintanace tech, but seems more concerned with hitting on the women here or his front office girlfriend and riding the golf cart around then doing his job. This place is far from safe or luxery as they promissed. We have since found out there are better complexes in the area for less money. We will be moveing soon.

what apartments did you find?? I was looking at theses apartments but now that I have read your blog I don't want to move in.

??Don't worry the apartments have really changed. there is now 2 new Maintenance guys and they are both really nice. And don't judge the reviews of other people.
