I just moved into my apartment a couple months ago. I love it here. The people are nice and the place is well kept. Everytime I need anything the people who work here are always friendly and propt. I love being close to shopping and the highway, its a perfect spot for me.

Either you haven't been there long enough or they knocked some money off your rent to write this. Even with your gracious, but wholly in-accurate review, their rating is still only 43%. That means that roughly out of every 10 people they come in contact with, 6 of them think they're worthless, incompetent, and couldn't spell customer service if they spotted them all the vowels. A monkey could get an approval rating that high. Take my advice, get out while you can.

I have to agree with hellumet2008. They tell you what YOU want to hear. I do not think anyone has told me the truth yet. There is no communication within that office staff. One tells you one thing and another tells you something completely the opposite. Smile in your face while they are turning the knife in your back. The grounds are kept nothing like past years.
