Well, I can't say much for this place at all. It looks great, but it's very disappointing and frustrating.

As for the outside, there is dog crap everywhere which really stinks all the time. Plus, you step in it if you are not careful.

The trains!!!!! They don't mention a word about the train tracks directly behind the lofts. They shake the place and the horns are very very loud. They will wake you up at night and scare you. The trains pass by here about 20 to 30 times a day. DON'T LET THEM TELL YOU THEY ONLY PASS BY "A few times a day" or "Very rarely". Remember, to keep their jobs, they have to sell units to people. SO they must tell you lies!!!!!

They don't mention anything about the ghetto right across the street. There are dog fights, gun shots, loud music usually until 3:30 am, and men beating women.

The drainage is lame. When it rains, you really can't walk anywhere without your feet getting soaking wet. Plus, water just sits around most places, becoming stagnant and really smelly, attracting all sorts of mosquitos. THERE ARE LOTS OF MOSQUITOS AROUND HERE BECAUSE OF THE SO-CALLED LAKE VIEW.......WHICH IS NOTHING BUT A STAGNATED POND.......IT'S FILTHY WATER.......NOT A LAKE. ANOTHER LIE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now for the inside. There is no insulation behind the drywall. So you can hear your neighbor's cats, dogs, coffee pot, screwing, fighting, music, partying, and so forth. Not the place to be for a good night's rest, I can assure you.
Since there is no insulation behind the drywall, you will have to run, run, run your heating and air conditioner. The utility bills can be outrageous. But, hey. It's your problem now. You signed the lease. Managment is not required to do anything about it.

Vandalism is a major issue. Plenty of broken windows. Cars get broken into, stereo's stolen. One person even had a huge 10 by 20 trailer stolen. There's no fear or no shame around here. Nothing has been done to insure more security. Basically, tenants have to watch out for themselves..."It's not our responsibility." Nothing is their responsibility. They have a reason for not doing their jobs.
