at this time and still live here.

I cannot recommend any part of this complex in good faith.

I have 30 more days to endure at Newnan Lofts before my job is transferred.

I do not blame RAM Partners for the problems because unless they are told, they cannot act.

But I do blame those that are here to serve as our point of contact and to show a little concern beyond scheduling the next party at the neighborhood bar.

If you care about your privacy, your children?s safety, and your family?s health - look elsewhere for your own sake.

My job recently informed me that I would be transferred out of state.

It will cost me just under $3,000 in penalties and lost deposits to break a lease at no fault of my own since Newnan Lofts does not have a job transfer release clause.

They even boast about the fact that this pertains to military personnel too.

I decided to transfer within the same management company since according to the other properties where I?m transferring that this would mean a "good faith" release for being a good customer and an asset to them.

Not here.

I got home from my house hunting trip to find a letter attached to my front door serving me with warning about what was expected of me when I vacate and how much it will cost me BEFORE I would be allowed to move.

Such a classless act, but then I expected exactly that from this crew.

I remember when I called to discuss breaking the lease and when I asked that the person in charge return my call, the young girl in the front office said that she would call me at HER discretion and not mine.

It did no good to explain that I needed the info to pass onto my employer who was waiting on this.

It took more than a week for the phone call to be returned.

Another class act.

I can assure you that after I'm safely moved, I will post a complete history of my life here at the lofts and all the problems with this building.
