satisfied by far! My husband and I have lived here since the summer of 2002 and have throughly enjoyed the complex!

As far as the trains...you get used to anything that you listen to in a new home.

It woke me up the first 2 nights but I now sleep like a baby.

Our utility bill has always been reasonable! We would actually be paying more if we were in a house.

The parking is fine.

I have never had a problem with standing water in the area that I park.

I have never seen food on the grounds.

For the most part, the maintenance and contracted lawn company do a good job of keeping up the curb appeal and are curteous to blow off anything off your car while cutting the grass.

Everyone that I have ever met here has been very sweet.

I could not ask for better neighbors.

As far as the management team goes, I am impressed with them.

Throughout the turnover, everyone who I have ever spoken to in the office has been VERY professional and courteous and has always done something to help resolve complaints.

My overall recommendation is this: a great place to live.

My husband and I plan on staying here until buying a house later in the future.
