Update after three months in residence....

We have been in the Lofts for 3 months now and nothing has happened to change our high opinion of the place.
Most of the residents abide by the rules, even more so than in the housing development we moved from to come here.
We haven't had many occasions to ask for maintenance or help from the staff, but they have always been eager to assist.
We are very pleased and content.
Someone responded to my first review and voiced some concerns that I have no personal knowledge of, so I won't comment except to say different people have different experiences and see different things.
Loft living is not for everyone, but it works for us, and in the end that's all that matters.
If nothing drastic changes in the way the Lofts are operated or maintained, my wife and I will be here for a long time.

I dont know where you live but I dont agree. The security staff uses his place at the lofts as a feeding grounds for lack of ability to keep women so he preys on the residents. As far as the management staff, that is another story. Jason, Beth and Michael are great people but that is the best that I can say. The lack of professional from corporate as well is a little to be desired. Thats just one person's opinion, and I was a resident there long enough to say that honestly.
