Sleep was interupted by the train every night.

Get used to it' Good luck.The roof leaked everytime it rained.

It was funny because the first night it rained I got home to a wet bed! I moved my bed and it leaked there during a harder rain.

I would have renewed the lease at 1/10th the rent.
