I lived at Park Manor for a year and I enjoyed the apartment for the space it had, but the builders did a poor job repairing things.
The apartment I rented was brand new and there had been a leak in the sprinkler system so at every sprinkler there were patches in the ceiling that they didn't even bother to sand down.
I didn't really think the staff was that helpful either, probably because it was only one person! It seemed like she never answered the phone and was never in the office.
The things I did like about the apartment was the space, the rent was reasonable, and it was actually really quite.
I didn't like that they didn't have a playground for the kids.
