Most of the time you could never find the manager.

Finally I started going to her apartment when I needed something, eventually things get done, it just takes 3-4 months! Parking is bad as there are not enough spaces for the buildings on the back side of the complex.

Manager said she would be mindful of that when allowing people with multiple cars to move in, but nothing has changed.

There are problems with rude, crude, unsupervised children playing in the parking lots.

You basically have to almost run them over to get them to move out of the way.

I won't even mention their lack of respect or the fact that their parents don't care what they are doing as long as they are outside.

There are problems with some unsavory people walking through from the ghetto apartment complex next door, bringing open containers, loud noise, drugs, you name it.

The tenants and the security officer have asked that a privacy fence be installed, but the manager refused.

All in all, its not a bad experience, but if you do choose to move here, insist on an apartment in the manager's building, or on the next row back.

You won't get a lot of peace if you don't.
