DO NOT RENT HERE!!!!!!!!!
This is the 4th apt manager in the two years that I have been here, and she is the WORST yet.

The office staff cannot take messages EVER, so don't expect a call back.

The maintenance guys are now good, but you DO NOT want to deal with the crappy apts and the crappy management staff.

They answer the phone "It's a great day here at Park Manor, how can I help you'!" - but it is SO FAKE! If there is anything wrong...like a major bug problem (been there), or a leak from the bathroom into the carpet where mold is growing (done that), or the overwhelming smell of sewage like you can't believe (uh, been there too)....they are not concerned.

Apparently that's what you're supposed to pay hundreds of dollars of rent for, in their opinion.

And you're certainly not paying for service either....Good luck trying to get it from management.

They are rude when it comes down to business.

And they'll charge you an arm and a leg to get out of your lease when you can't stand the crappy apt any more.

There are several other great new apt complexes in Newnan that you should look at first...on Newnan Crossing, on the Bypass, and the one behind the Chevrolet dealership.

Go anywhere but here!!!!!!!!


This was my review last year:

These apts have gone through so many managers and maintenance people, it's insane.

And if you think that any of them have really improved the frutstration of residents with regard to response time and maintenance requests...you're being misled.

The newest company and staff are great about putting on a happy face and answering the phone with gusto.

And, man, they are super about putting balloons outside the leasing office - But when it comes to real issues - Gosh, I dream about living in a place where I don't have to double-check on requests, leave multiple messages, call back to say the job was not done correctly...
You would think these kinds of things could be accomplished.

My advice - before you move into any apt complex, read the ratings, and check with current residents.

Because these issues, to me, are THE MOST frustrating and time-consuming, and if you have a life, you REALLY don't want to have to be dealing with it all.
