Manager Response is available.
How many managers will they have'
Dog crap everywhere.
No playground.
Noisy residents.
Unprofessional staff.
Maintenance, what maintenance' Bugs, they never spray.
Apartments are falling apart.
Windows leak.
Doors are not sealed.
Grounds are trashy, dumpster has had stuff sitting around it for 2 years.
It is just a disaster area.
Need I say more.

This is the first time that this concern has come to my attention. We here at Park Manor pride ourselves on our dedication to resident satisfaction and this is deeply unsettling.
