I don't know what the previous poster is talking about. I have lived here for 3 years and recently the complex was bought by a new company and they have made so many changes for the better. The have added dog poop cans to help with animal mess. They do spray for bugs you just have to ask, why would they spray if you never said you had a problem' The staff is very professional and whenever I have had a maintenance issue it has been resolved within 48 hours. Park Manor has been a joy to live at, and I plan to stay here until I move out of state or buy a home.
