when you move in they tell you that there is a "48 hour service guarantee".
DO NOT listen to that.
when you do call in a work order, they tell you that it has already been completed, but it was never done! the guys are nice enough, but seriously, why are they even there if they are not doing their jobs'

We do work order call backs each week to ensure the work is being done. Also, we are proud to announce that Terrell won an award for making our apartments ready at our annual meeting in January. We were told that our carpets would be cleaned upon renewing our lease, that was 3 months ago.
