I have live here for a little over a year, When I moved in they promise you the world to get you to rent here. Then after you sign that dotted line and you give thae butt load of money they ask for then it all goes down hill after that. You have to make 3 times the amount your rent here, then property manager or the leasing person tells you how nice it is here, and that they have weekly activities here, well let me tell you about this, there were activities for the 1st 6 months I live here and they were great activites our family love them, the kids would look forward to the calendar every month to see what was plan. Then we get a new property manager and everything and she comes in and tries to be a hard ball everything! All she wants is you money every month, if you are late she does not call you to let you know that she has not recieved your payment she just goes straight to the court house and files eviction notice on you! Come on now sometimes we forget but there is no reason for her to go that far with here actions. If you go in to talk to her all she can do as yell at you. If you call her with a complain she will write it down (or she says she will) and she will check into it, but you never hear from her. If you call in to have the manintenance fix something she never writes up the order to have it done. Then you call up there to check on it and find out when it is going to be done and find out that ir was never put it to be done. There is dog crap all over the property and they say they are going to start handing out citition for the people that do not pick up after there dogs but that does not happen so you have to watch where you step. We have been promise that we were going to get swings here but that never happen!

I've just found out that they are false advertising that the weekly activites because they just let the activity dirctor go here and she was told they were not going to out scoure the activites any more. We have not had one activity here yet.
So you best bet is not come looking here for rentals. It sucks here! I can not wait to get out!

We still have weekly activities here at Park Manor. Please check the newsletter each month or call the office at 770-252-1420 if you have any questions about them. We also have been getting bids on a playground for several months now. We have a spot ready for it; we are making sure we get a nice one the kids will enjoy. Thanks, Paige
