park manor is a great place to live! i have read all of the most recent comments on this apartment complex and find the complaints to be completely ridiculous! first of all... it IS an apartments complex! The managers are doing there jobs that they get paid for!!!! The managers in the past would let any low life piece of junk get approved for an apartment and i seriously doubt they even did a credit check. the reason apartment managers make sure that you make three times the amount of the rent is for one SIMPLE REASON!!! SO THAT YOU PAY THE RENT!!! how can you forget to pay rent' if you pay the rent and act like adults then you cant get evicted. this apartment complex is a great place to live. i have only had one problem with my apartment and all i did was put ONE call into the office and the next day is was fixed. the manager here is a great person! she truely cares about the complex and really wants it to be a great place for ALL of us to live! Whats so wrong with that' if you think the grass is greener on the other side then just simply go! whats holding you back' if its so easy to get a loan for a house then go get it and stop complaining on aprtment living. but i can gaurantee you this.... the bank will want you to pay the mortgage just as bad as park manor wants you to pay the rent!

if you are looking for a great place to live, where the complex really does care about the residents then you need to take park manor into consideration! this complex is beautiful in the summer and the ammenities are second to none! some people just have nothing better to due then complain about there current situation!

Was this written by the apt mgr herself? Paige? Is that you? This is such crap! We are not the only residents who had such trouble --many of our neighbors did too -- and we paid on time every time every month in full for over 2 1/2 years. Don't pull that higher than thou crap on people!

Haven't heard of parking issues before this? Come on! Apparently you're spending entirely to much time at the courthouse visiting - even the staff knows your name. Perhaps if you resided onsite, you'd have a better appreciation for conditions. As it is, you're gone by 5PM daily, if not before.

Yeah, well we still live her and Paige the 'manager' needs to do something about all the kids coming from the other low income ghetto apartments to swim in our pool. But yet you enforce rules and fines on us, when all you do is come here everyday.
