Once upon a time this was a really nice place to live.

NOW:

The front gates NEVER work.

Has been broken since April 2008.

The pool is always filled with people who don't live here, because it is not locked either.

People from the surrounding apartments take it over once the office closes.

Pool gate has been broken since December of 2007.

Dogs poop EVERYWHERE.

Nobody cleans it up.

Cats use the sandbox as a littler box.

Management has excuse after excuse.

But nothing ever gets done.

Not enough parking.

People parking in handicap spots without proper tags.

The leasing agents favorite phrase is "I will have to get Paige to do that..I have only been here (blank) months." She can't figure out anything on her own.
Paige is always "out" or "left early" or will "be in tomorrow."

People sit in their cars and turn up their music so loud, it vibrates the walls.

People honking horns at 7 a.m because they are too lazy to get out of their cars.

NOW, there is someone in one apartment that is smoking drugs, that you can SMELL when you enter the breezeway.

Bottle bombs thrown on porches and decks.

Sheriff notified, they can't do anything until they know who is doing it.

People loitering on the steps to the pool until late at night.

Promises of a playground for the kids, but nothing ever actually happens.

People locking their dogs out on the balcony while they are at work, and we all get to hear the dogs barking all day, everytime someone walks/drives by the apartment.

The list goes on and on.

This place is turing into such a dump.
