PINEWOOD VILLAS IS NOT FOR THE RICH...ITS FOR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE..ITS NOT MESSY..JUST OLD AND THE UTILITY BILLS ARE HIGH DUE TO POOR INSILATION. MANAGMENT STAFF IS NICE AT BOTH PINEWOOD AND SOUTHERN VILLAS.THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN NASTY TO ME. RENT IS BASED ON UR INCOME. THE APARTMENTS COULD USE SOME UPDATES BUT U GET WHAT UR PAYING FOR. AND YES THE WAITING LIST IS LONG AND AT TIMES NEIGHBORS ARE NOSEY. BUT ALL IN ALL NOT A BAD PLACE TO LIVE.
