	PINEWOOD VILLAS IS NOT FOR THE RICH...ITS FOR WORKING CLASS PEOPLE..ITS NOT MESSY..JUST OLD AND THE UTILITY BILLS ARE HIGH DUE TO POOR INSILATION. MANAGMENT STAFF IS NICE AT BOTH PINEWOOD AND SOUTHERN VILLAS.THEY HAVE NEVER BEEN NASTY TO ME. ... more
