I used to live at Preston Mill-I moved out because I bought a house recently. I loved living there...I don't know anything about kids running everywhere, and my apartment has always been very quiet. I think that some people will have one bad night and let that taint their view on the entire situation. I would recommend Preston Mill to anyone-keep in mind that apartments are not going to be as quiet as a house-Hello, that's a given! But, as far as apartments go, this one is fabulous! mgFDbN4-dhkSMZ7zRmVH
