Marketing/sales advertising for this "luxury" apartment is a joke! The walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbor in the bathroom. The entry way is wood, which is very loud when someone is coming in our going out. May be to some people, Preston Mill is luxurious, but the apartments are cheaply built. Utility bills are enormous, cable TV is limited, and the staff has changed four times since June of 2001. Management/staff attitude is blame it on someone else or pass the buck. BUT...you are limited in this area because it is a small town and most of the people here live in homes, own land, or live out in the country.
