not so nice neighbors

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2004
 
When we moved in 2 years ago this was such a nice place to live. But in the 2 years that we've been here we have seen our neighbors decline. it's like, they will let anybody come in and live here. the office staff is great, but they need to screen the applicants just a little better. we will moving at the end of our lease.
