is very nice. I have lived here for several months. I rented here because the complex is nice and the apartments are big and I got a great deal. I have always been treated well by the staff and feel that they all go the extra mile to make me feel like part of the family here. The day I moved in, everyone already knew my name! My neighbors can be loud some times, but it is only their kid upstairs playing, and only during the daytime hours and it is nowhere near as loud as noise from outside when I lived at another apartment in Newnan. I would recommend Preston Mills to anyone who wants a great apartment and a great price and not a lot of hassle.
