Preston Mill isn't as bad as everyone makes it out to be. You will always have those few tenants that are pretending that they live in the country so it's supposed to be very quiet. Thats one of the cons of living in a complex. Also, you will have those people who think they are the only one's who live here and have no respect for others property or their sleeping habits. The point is if you are going to be too picky then this isn't the place for you.

All in all the atmosphere here isn't so bad. I live in the 400's and I know that the 6 - 10 buildings aren't as quiet as quiet as mine but I have stayed there and it isn't that bad.

The parking is a little agravating. I would suggest a garage. Also, when you move in it is a little difficult getting everything done that should have been done before move in. Ask to check everything before this or you may wait a week or two and then have to call several times to get them to come back out. They have a lot of apartments to tend to so I understand but it can be a little annoying. Our problem was the door knobs and the garbage disposal. Also check your filters.

The office people are nice and they have great managers and will go out of the way for you.
