OK-I have read all of the reviews below and I am pretty sure that these people lived in the building next to mine--they recently moved out. Having these people as neighbors was pure hell! They never had a nice thing to say to or about anyone, complained constantly about everything and generally were hateful people. If you are unfortunate enough to have them as your neighbors now, I am truly sympathetic! Preston Mill is a great place to live. The management is very caring and always available in the event that any type of issue comes up. The property is well maintained, the maintenance staff is super quick about any work orders, and my neighbors are all very friendly-now that those two are gone. I would recommend Preston Mill to anyone. I have been here for over a year and a half and I have been very happy. I will continue to renew my lease until I either get a house of move out of Newnan.
