As a 911 operator living at Preston Mill, I realized the majority of calls concerning apartment fighting, noise after midnight, domestic disturbances, breaking and entering, all were directed to Preston Mill! I moved out, found a lovely apartment community right accross the street. I do not want to purchase a house, live in a trailer, or on a farm. I am happy with my present lease. I do not have a pet, but I did notice the smell and people letting their dogs do their business anywhere on the property at Preston Mill. There were parties every night, especially during the summer.I do not see this happening where I am presently living. People here at Lullwater seem to care and want the area to remain beautiful and peaceful. I found this site because I am helping a new employee find an apartment to suit her needs in the Newnan area. I honestly told her that I could not say anything good about Preston Mill, only that the complex is fairly new, with a good floor plan. Check around, there are other apartment communities with the same square footage, same leasing rates, all looking to get you in on a good deal!
