Preston Mill

 

We lived in Preston Mill for over a year.

When we first moved in, it was nice - but that changed very rapidly.

There is no security to speak of - unless you call a washed up bouncer from a local bar "security".

The security officers that they do employ all work at night so they are never available when the real crime happens.

Cars get broken into - personal property gets stolen and/or spray painted.

Management has changed and for the worse, not the better.

Car wash' Non-existent.

They would rather remove the hose and punish the residents then to patrol and stop non-residents from using our facilities.

Non-residents couldn't get in to use the facilities if the gates worked properly.

Dogs of all kinds poop all over the place.

Pit bulls, german sheperds - all the breeds that aren't allowed in other apartment communities are found right here at Preston Mill.

It's worth it to pay a little more rent and live somewhere else - the amount of money you save will cost you in the personal property that is destroyed or the sleep you lose because of all the kids that party and drink all the time.
