My daughter lived at Preston Mills for only 5 days due to all the noise and extracurricular activities that go on there.

She had her other roommates sign a release to remove her from the lease and she moved back home.

The apartment management lost the release letter and is now trying to sue my daughter after the other roommates moved out after only a little over a month due to all the problems they encoutered with the people that lived there and the way management handles the property for apartments.

Just an idea.....next time you submit a notice to an apartment community for ANYTHING...get a signed copy for yourself.
