there is a new sign outfront but is still says Preston Mill. If they changed the name, I did not know. maybe it sold. the service/staff in the past year has really made living here a pleasure. the fitness center just got brand new awesome equipment and the gounds looks great, too. the pool is already opened and it is just in time for spring break-the first year it has been open for sb since I have living here for 3 yrs so far. good stuff. hope it did not sell-am very happy with the owners and services now.
