Preston Mill

So, I took the time (1 year almost) to sit down and REALLY contemplate the review i wrote...it was all B.S.!! I hated that place..I will NEVER live in an Apartment again BECAUSE of Preston Mills!!!

Where should I start'' HAHA

When we first moved in Preston Mills...Feb 2007...Apt --- *not scared to tell who i am*..we had problems...they NEVER did a walk through with us and WE were subject to pay for anything damaged to begin with..which is B.S., THEN our water heater had a hole in it..took them TWO WEEKS to get someone out there to LOOK at it...then another TWO WEEKS for them to change it...and then ANOTHER 2 weeks to remove the OLD water heater off of our porch!!! shows how 'great' maintaince is!!

Then we had the neighbor problems...several times woken up to loud music playing and sexual encounters being heard...complained...complained..complained!!!! Then we had a crazy man move into the unit and it took probably 3-5 months to get him out of there.

and he did damage to another persons unit (which was NEVER reembursed)

Then the office people..I honestly never had a problem with ANY of them EXCEPT --------...she was super nice...until we signed the lease...then she became a ---** from hell!!! She was rude, and nasty and then had the nerve to blame it on her '--------'!!! NEWS FLASH -------- THE WORLD DOESNT STOP BECAUSE YOU ARE ----!!! BE NICE TO PEOPLE!!!

The so called 'security gate' worked MAYBE 3 of the 12 months we lived there!! haha what a joke! SoOOOOO many cats because CAT WOMAN would feed them!!!

I never went into the pool beacuse it always had an oil stain type thing over the top of it..never clean...and when it was it was still dirty...pool bathrooms were ALWAYS disgusting and smelled HORRIBLE! The gym was Useless..only about 2 of the machines actually worked..when you could get in there, there would ALWAYS be kids playing on the machines...

I am pretty sure that by now the managment has been changed...again...but if it hasnt BE WARE of office gossips (--------)...dont let ANY of your personal business be known unless you want the WHOLE complex to know it!!!

Never been to the back buildings, have heard HORROR stories about it!!

Watch out for the dog crap all over the place...and in the summer the ONLY thing you can smell IS dog crap!!!!

You couldnt PAY me to live in Preston Mills again!!! Not worth the money!! Deffinatly shouldnt be listed as Luxury at ALL!!!

And the saddest part about it...the majority of the good comments on this website were IN FACT done by office people!! so sad!!!

If you look at all of the reviews...the ones that express the truth (such as this) are real...others, well 95% of the others, are the people who work or have worked for Preston Mills!!!

PRESTON MILLS SUCKS!! DO NOT MOVE THERE!!!!
