Nice apartments--Ghetto neighbors in some parts.

Years at this apartment: 2008 - 2009
I've lived here for almost a half year and so far it's been okay.
I understand that when someone lives in an apartment, you have to live around other people, CLOSELY! The management has been A , just pay your rent on time and follow the rules.
Maintenance completes things in a timely manner.
The only thing is that sometimes on the weekends, it seems like there's a block party in the back buildings where people and their children are out running through the streets.
Shady characters are walking up and down the street, staring at you like they're going to jump you as you drive by.
Parking can be far away at peek hours.
Other than that...
